About Hayward
Hayward Crawford is a Customer Experience/ CX Professional & Chief Financial Officer for Money Strategies & Associates.While pursuing his 4 year degree at Wayne State University, he trained, assisted and was later promoted to served as a Branch manager for Vector Marketing (2007-2009) earning the Top 5 Branch/ New District Manager Award (2009), the Branch Top 7 Buckeye Division Award and President’s Club Award in 2009 & 2008.
After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree at WSU in 2012, Hayward became licensed in the State of Michigan & Department of Insurance and Financial Services entering the industry in 2012. Hayward later joined MSA in 2012 as part of the support sales team of the family business for 4 years. From 2016-2020, Hayward continued to broaden his financial services experience working with companies including PFS Investments Inc, United Wholesale Mortgage & GFI, adding emerging pioneering FinTech solutions to MSA’s client services. Hayward was also a Financial Services Rep at PFS Investments Inc (2016-2020) and was later promoted to Division Leader before moving to Los Angeles, CA from 2019-2024. In Fall 2024, Hayward returned to Michigan and rejoin the family business side of the FinServ & FinTech business full time. Organizations that Hayward continues to participate and/or support include Kings Accountability Group, Pi Kappa Alpha, Independent Business Association & Black Leaders Detroit. In 2024, he was named Michigan Film Relations Ambassador by the Light Up Livernois Festival producing organization & in 2025 produced the first Art of Filmmaking Panel live event. Hayward has also been featured on Channel Info TV-12 (Southwestern Oakland Cable Commission) Voyage LA Magazine, Good News Detroit, WXYZ Channel 7 News and The Michigan Chronicle. In his spare time, Hayward enjoys in his spare time Tennis, Biking, Travel, College Football, Television Shows and Movies/ Film Cinema.
